Any person or organization that hires one of the services offered by Merette Servers, accepts the following conditions:
Merette Servers provides Web design services, Web Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Reseller, streaming audio and real-time Vides.
Merette Servers reserves the right to suspend or cancel any client’s access to any part or all of their services when it considers that the client has used the account inappropriately.
Merette Servers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or access to its servers.
Merette Servers prohibits Web sites that make illegal activities including but not limited to, storage or distribution of illegal copies of copyrighted software, sites that distribute illegal manipulation tools for software copyright violations and trademarks, violations of existing legislation, sale or distribution of illegal contraband.
Internet abuse including but not limited to, sending bulk unsolicited advertising, distribution of mass-mailing programs, cross-posting messages to large numbers of Usenet newsgroups, mailing obscene or offensive messages, threats to others Internet users send bulk messages to Internet users, use of communications packet sniffers or port scanners, communication, installing continuously running programs and send bulk messages to our support staff. Payments

Additional services

Renewal notification and billing plan
The renewal notice is sent by email to interested thirty (30), fifteen (15) and seven (7) days before the end of the billing cycle.

Account Reactivation

Cancellation

If the account is canceled because of breach of the rules, there will be no refund. The offender may be subject to a charge of U.S. $ 300 in expenses for debugging.

Indemnity

Merette Servers shall in no circumstances be liable for any claims arising from the use or inability to use its services, including but not limited to, service interruptions, client errors, Internet connectivity problems, communication failures, access unauthorized Merette Servers servers, problems with corporate domain registrar, DNS propagation, congestion of the bandwidth of Internet, power outages, vandalism and natural disasters.
